Description & Project Overview
The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK : A general, and not necessarily complete or exact description of the Deliverables is as follows: Aeration, fertilizing, sod and topsoil placement, mulch application, litter pick up, annual flower plantings, garden restoration and various other landscaping at York Region Transit Terminals and Facilities. For complete bid details, refer to the RFT documents. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT : DEPOSIT : All Bids shall be accompanied by an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Wire Transfer in the amount of $75,000.00 .
