Contract Description
BARMER would like to continuously measure the success of implementing measures to increase customer loyalty compared to the most important competitors. For this purpose, a benchmark tracking for the target metric Net Promotor Score® (NPS) must be set up, the key drivers for customer loyalty/acquisition must be determined and their development must be continuously measured and reported. The basis for the measurements are online surveys of test subjects in one or more panels.
