The subject of the procurement is the transportation service for elementary school students for the school year 2026/2027, in accordance with the technical characteristics and other required conditions specified in this DON and the Cost Estimate attached to the DON and forming an integral part of it. A detailed description of the procurement items is set out in the Cost Sheet, which is an attachment to this DON. The times stated in the bill of costs are subject to change due to the different timetable of each school, and the selected Bidder will be informed of possible changes in the time of bringing students to and from the school. The actual purchased amount of services based on the concluded Agreement may be higher or lower than the estimated amount. In the Cost List of this DON, the approximate quantities for the school year 2026/2027 are indicated. as follows: from 07.09.2026. until 09.07.2027, and the actual amount may be higher or lower than the expected amount and depends on the number of days of the academic year in the period for which the contract is concluded. The calculation of the services provided is based on the actual amount of services provided. The number of teaching days in one school year is determined by an act of the competent ministry, which will affect the amount of transportation in the following school years. Due to the possibility of increasing/decreasing the number of teaching days, increasing/decreasing the number of children and increasing/decreasing the number of lines, the customer has determined the approximate quantities of the procurement items in the technical specifications. The customer is not obligated to realize the specified quantities in full. In addition, the actual scope of the service may be affected by the number of school children, unforeseen events such as strikes, interruptions of classes and the like. In the event that for certain days due to unforeseen events there will be no need for transportation on a certain line, the responsible person of the school will inform the selected carrier about this in time, in writing (by email or fax).
