Contract Description
The subject of the framework agreement is: - deliver the goods to the buyer on the basis of sub-contracts under the conditions further stipulated by this contract - HW including the comprehensive implementation of the IMA - K4 access control system) and transfer ownership of the goods to the buyer, - - to provide the buyer, on the basis of sub-contracts under the conditions further stipulated by this contract, maintenance, service and support of HW and SW, including the implementation of new SW elements, modification of existing and related services of the IMA - K4 access control system, and -carry out technical care for the buyer on access control systems installed as part of physical protection
