Description & Project Overview
1. The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of the following services in the scope of the Integrated Communications Subsystem of the State Emergency Medical Services Command Support System, hereinafter referred to as "PZŁ SWD PRM": 1) maintenance of PZŁ SWD PRM along with hardware infrastructure and provision of post-warranty service, in accordance with point 6. "PZŁ SWD PRM maintenance services" of the Description of the Subject of the Order, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ", which constitutes Annex No. 1 to SWZ, in order to ensure that PZŁ SWD PRM meets the functional requirements specified in point 5 of OPZ "Requirements".
