The services tendered here comprise the basic services of structural engineering in accordance with Part 4, Section 1, §§ 49 et seq. HOAI (2021) in service phases 1-6, as well as special services in service phases 3-5 and 7-9. The commissioning takes place in stages, i.e. initially for service phases 1-5 and optionally for service phases 6-9. The special services concern, inter alia, proofs of earthquake protection (earthquake zone 3), proofs of structural fire protection, structural analyses of timber and steel construction details, participation in case-by-case approvals, the representation of timber and steel construction details, and the checking of shop drawings in timber and steel construction.
