Description & Project Overview
For the tenderer, procurement of oxygenator, tubing sets, ECMO set and single-use blood pump and tubing system in 10 parts, a total of 1,086 units per 12 months, with the creation of an external goods warehouse, as specified in detail in the Commercial Offer and Technical Description, which is part of the Public Procurement Documentation. In the course of performance, in addition to the quantity specified separately for each part in the call for tenders (without modifying the unit price or other contractual conditions), the tenderer reserves a purchase right option to the extent of 30% of the basic quantity in each part, in connection with which the
