Description & Project Overview
The subject of the public contract is the provision of the service of operating the collection yard of the city of Dobrušky (hereinafter referred to as the "collection yard") located in the street Čs. resistance in Dobruška, for an indefinite period with the expected start date of the actual operation of the collection yard from 01.01.2027. The collection yard will be operated by the selected supplier as an operator as a facility intended for waste management in the sense of § 11 paragraph 1 letter r) point 1 of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Waste Act").
