Contract Description
The subject of procurement is the services of assigning workers by a temporary employment agency, in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Law (Official Gazette 93/14, 127/17, 98/19, 151/22, 64/23), conditions and requirements from this Procurement Documentation and the attached Cost List. The performance of procurement services should be in accordance with legal and by-law regulations and the rules of the profession. Assignment of workers is carried out for the purpose of temporarily performing tasks from the Client's activities, which by their nature, work organization and professional standards and rules fall within the scope of the Client's jobs and tasks.
