1. The subject of the order is: Tomotherapy accelerator with modernization of the bunker. The subject of the order includes: 1) purchase by the Ordering Party and sale by the Contractor of a brand new tomotherapy accelerator (hereinafter referred to as the "equipment") 2) preparation of design documentation as well as construction and installation works related to the installation of equipment and adaptation of the room in the Radiotherapy Department of the 1st Ordering Party, in order to adapt it to the functional and technical requirements, performance of all works as part of the adaptation and renovation works covered by the subject of the order
