France – Repair and maintenance services of central heating – Marché d’exploitation des installations de chauffage, ventilation, climatisation.

The purpose of this contract is the operation and maintenance of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning installations of municipal buildings in the town of BOURG EN BRESSE and in particular to have the HOLDER ensure, on the boiler rooms (gas, fuel oil, district heating) and the substations, the following services:  Supply of Energy: P1  In the case of gas sites: gas contract signed by the client and third-party payer mechanism.  In the case of CU sites: contract signed by the project owner and third-party payer mechanism for R1  Service Benefits: P2  Total Guarantee: P3  Energy credit account, with an initial work package of 95,000 including tax. This contract also aims to establish a procedure for controlling electricity consumption on a pilot site. This procedure will then be extended to other sites. This market is a mixed market of type MT(I), PF(I) depending on the energy used with total guarantee of installations in controlled expenses.
