The subject of the performance of this public contract is the delivery and installation of a complete climbing boulder wall in the relevant areas in the sports hall. The exact technical specification is given in the project documentation. The contracting authority draws the supplier's attention to the fact that the procurement documentation is a summary of the client's requirements, and not a final summary of all requirements resulting from generally known valid and professional standards. Thus, when processing its offer, the supplier must always follow not only the requirements contained in the procurement documentation, but also the provisions of the relevant generally binding standards.
