The purpose of this sectoral public contract awarded in an open procedure pursuant to § 56 et seq. of the ZZVZ is to award a contract as set out in Annex 2 to the contract documentation (hereinafter referred to as the contracts or binding contract model) on the basis of which the following investment and engineering activities for the construction of the Libush Tramway New Dvoras project, the selection of the contractor (herein referred to the actions) and the technical supervision of the contracting authority (hereafter referred to in Annex 2) are to be carried out.the asset management, the activities of the CSDP coordinator, the coordination activities with other entities and the operations. The subject of the public contract is the contracting authoritys obligation to perform for the contractant, on behalf of the contractent and on the contractends behalf, all the investment services and engineering activities necessary to prepare and implement the above actions and to carry out the TDI, under the conditions set out in the contract and the contractenders commitment to receive and pay the contracter a remuneration due and timely.
