3.1. The subject of the order is the purchase of electricity for the needs of the Ordering Party and - in relation to energy consumption points equipped with photovoltaic installations - collection and repurchase of electricity fed into the network. The order was divided into two parts: 3.1.1. Part 1: purchase of electricity for PPE without active photovoltaic installations covered by Part 2; 3.1.2.
