The subject of this order is the production and delivery of license plates as well as the collection and scrapping of withdrawn license plates. 1. The scope of the order includes the production and delivery to the Ordering Party of no more than 100,000 license plates: a) ordinary, b) individual, c) historic, d) temporary, e) professional, in batches according to needs and to the Ordering Party's headquarters. 2.
