The Contracting Authority within this procedure is the University of Bucharest, as the owner and administrator of the building that will be the object of the future intervention and that will become the beneficiary of the contract resulting from this competition. The University of Bucharest together with the Romanian Order of Architects organizes the competition of architectural solutions for the refunctionalization and activation of the existing annex spaces in the courtyard of the University House, the enhancement of the old greenhouses and the complete arrangement of the garden of the University House.
