The subject of the order is the provision of the service titled: "Winter cleaning of streets and sidewalks in the road lanes of municipal streets in the Praga Północ District of the capital city of Warsaw." The scope of the order includes: 1) Mechanical snow removal, 2) Manual clearing of snow from sidewalks and pedestrian crossings, 3) Manual snow removal from the road, 4) Manual removal of snow from parking spaces and bays, 5) Manual removal of snow from SPPN parking spaces, 6) Snow removal, including removal and disposal costs, 7) Cleaning snow/ice from storm drains, 8) Manually clearing the areas of remnants of winter activities
