The procurement procedure organised by the contracting authority is to award the contract for Updating/working feasibility studies, technical assistance for the preparation of the funding application and the awarding documents for the closure of six non-compliant class b waste dumps, in accordance with the task box. The specific objectives of this service contract are: (i) updating and preparing the technical, economic and environmental documentation; (ii) preparing financing for the financing of the AFM; (iii) preparation and awarding of awarding documentation for the contracts for the implementation of the Project and providing assistance during the award of the award procedures.In order to achieve the specific objectives of the service contract, the Provider will carry out the following: - updating and preparing the technical and economic documentation - specialist studies/research studies, feasibility studies updated in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force and providing assistance in the procedures for obtaining all necessary authorisations and opinions; - preparing an Application for Project Financing under the Sustainable Development Programme 2021-2027 and any changes required before the signing of the Funding Agreement; - drawing up the award documentation and during the procurement procedures for contracts necessary to support the implementation of the Project;
