Republic of the philippines municipality of juban province of sorsogon bids and awards committee invitation to bid invitation to bid for the supply and delivery of tools, equipment and ppe 1.the local government unit of juban is inviting for bids for the supply and delivery of tools, equipment and ppe for the livelihood assistance and development program with an approved budget for the contract (abc) of two million six hundred forty-three thousand six hundred forty-three pesos only (php2,643,643.00). bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.the local government unit of juban now invites bids for the supply and delivery of tools, equipment and ppe for livelihood assistance and development program. delivery of the goods is required within 45cd upon receipt of the notice to proceed. bidding should have completed, within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii. instructions to bidders. 3.bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act 12009 (ra 12009), otherwise known as the “government procurement reform act”. 4.interested bidders may obtain further information from the secretariat of the bids and awards committee (bac) and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00am – 5:00pm (monday to friday). 5.a complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable amount of five thousand pesos (5,000.00) to the office of the municipal treasurer for the bidding documents. 6.the bac, lgu juban will hold a pre-bid conference on october 19, 2026@9:00am at the executive conference hall, the pre-bid conference shall be open to all interested parties who have purchased the bidding documents. 7.bid must be delivered to the address below on or before october 28, 2026, at 9:00 o’clock in the morning at the office of the bac. all bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in the bds. 8.bid opening shall be on october 28, 2026@9:00 in the morning at the office of the bids and awards committee, juban, sorsogon. bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s or its authorized representatives who choose to attend the activity. late bids shall not be accepted. 9.the local government unit of juban reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. for further information, please refer to: archimedes a. griarte gso-bac chairman office of the bids and awards committee juban, sorsogon date of posting: october 8, 2026
