Contract Description
1) The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of computer and peripheral equipment for the Maritime University of Technology in Szczecin. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ and Annexes A-E. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law. 3) Nomenclature according to CPV: Task No. 1 - 30231300-0 -
