Description & Project Overview
The own company Immobilien Kliniken Ostalb is planning to build a new clinic at the Essingen location as a central regional provider with around 650 planned beds and places. Closely linked to the two decentralized locations in Mutlangen (Stauferklinikum Schwäbisch Gmünd) and Ellwangen (St. Anna-Virngrund-Klinik), the regional provider will form the heart of the Ostalb clinics in the future. This will create a health campus with a holistic range of medical services for people in the Ostalb region on an area of around 10 hectares on the B29 near Essingen.
