1. The subject of the order is to improve the quality and efficiency of road lighting in the Lubasz Commune. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with lighting services for streets, roads and other open public areas in the Lubasz Commune, i.e. to take actions necessary to provide lighting in this area, using the existing Infrastructure and its modernization, under the conditions and standard specified in the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the Invitation. 2.
