The purpose of this public contract is to provide services consisting of liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of motor vehicles (mandatory warranty) and vehicle accident insurance (hereinafter referred to as mandatory guarantee and accident insurance). Vehicle insurance of contributing organisations and other co-insured entities may be insured gradually during the life of the insurance contract, following the termination of existing insurance contracts of those organisations. The subject of insurance shall be secured by the conclusion of insurance contracts for 48 months with the possibility of automatic breakdown. The payer reserves the right to extend the duration of the contract, and vice versa, subject to the terms of the existing insurance agreements, in particular the prices and conditions provided by the insurance organisations.discount. The contracting authority shall be the contracting entity selected to provide the contract subject with the performance of the public contract. Detailed definitions of the performance subject of the contract, including the technical conditions in detail necessary for the tendering process, are set out in the Annexes to the ZD, namely Annexes 7 and 8 to the DL. The tender must cover the whole subject-matter of the procurement.
