The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.All particulars relative to the Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bid Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by pertinent provisions of R.A. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.The Schedule of activities is as follows:ACTIVITIES SCHEDULE1. Opening of Bids November 10, 2026 @ 01:00 pmThe BAC will issue to prospective bidders Eligibility Forms at the Barangay Hall, Bgy. Poblacion, Taytay, Palawan. They may also obtain the results of the Eligibility Check by the BAC at the same address.Bidding Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of One Thousand Pesos (1000.00) to the Barangay Treasurer at the Barangay Hall.The Barangay Poblacion of Taytay, Palawan assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expense incurred in the preparation of their bids. It also reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals, or declare the bidding process a failure, or not award the contract, and make no assurance that the contract shall be entered into as a result of this evaluation.Bid opening shall be on November 10, 2026 @ 01:00 pm at Barangay Hall, Taytay, Palawan.
