Contract Description
1. The subject of the order is delivery to the Provincial Hospital in Bielsko-Biała at Al. Armii Krajowej 101 devices used in operating rooms and consumable parts for endoscopic equipment according to the quantitative and generic list specified in Annex No. 2 to the Specification of Contract Terms, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ", meeting the quality parameters specified in Annex No. 2 to the Specification, under the conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 5 to the Specification. 2.
