Within the framework of the sofIA 2026 Training Plan that accompanies the strategy of incorporating AI into the management processes of the own team, the sofIA Lab training action is planned: prototyping and process automation hackathon, aimed at the team in the Organization, processes and quality area. The team needs to develop the ability to identify and transform manual processes in the area linked to the strategic plan into more efficient, traceable and decision-oriented workflows through the optimization of Google Workspace and Gemini ecosystem tools.
