Czechia – Software-related services – MS Enterprise Agreement services

The subject of the public contract is: a) provision of Software Assurance support services for program resources to the extent according to Annex No. 1 of the Framework Agreement, b) provision of the Microsoft Azure cloud service – MS Azure prepayment, with the appropriate license, i.e. with the authorization to use the relevant related licensed software, and in accordance with the licensing rules of Microsoft and to the extent and under the terms of the multi-license agreement Enterprise Agreement, c) provision of Microsoft Azure Marketplace services within the scope and under the terms of the multi-license Enterprise Agreement, d) provision of manufacturer support services
