Project Completion - The winning bidder must complete the entire project within 45 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).2. Warranty - All LED wall equipment and accessories shall carry a 36-month warranty covering parts and labor.3. Connectivity - Integration with the Municipal Command Center is included. - If no existing fiber network is available, the contractor shall provide an alternative connectivity solution (fiber installation, wireless link, or hybrid system) to ensure reliable centralized control.4. Centralized Control - The project includes centralized control of all three LED boards from the Command Center. 5. System Unit Supply - The contractor shall supply and install the system unit of the Command Center, ensuring compatibility with the LED wall and control system.6. Installation, Testing & Commissioning - Complete installation, testing, and commissioning of the LED wall system are part of the scope of work.-The contractor shall provide spare LED screen panels consisting of 5 pcs to be stored in the Municipal Annex, 5 pcs in the Dauis Gym, and 2 pcs in Totolan to ensure immediate replacement during the warranty period.7. Training - The bidder shall conduct training sessions for municipal staff covering: *Operation of LED boards *Troubleshooting procedures *Preventive maintenance *Centralized control system management 8. Documentation & Turnover - Upon project turnover, the bidder must submit: *As-built drawings *Operation & maintenance manuals *Test reports9. Compliance - All equipment and installation works must comply with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and local government safety standards.10. Removal of Old/Defective LED Wall - The scope of work includes the removal of the existing defective LED wall. - The defective LED wall shall be turned over to the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Dauis for proper custody. 11. Material Specifications-The list of materials provided in the bid documents shall be considered the minimum requirement.-The contractor may propose and supply higher specifications, subject to approval by the end user.
