Emmy Noether School, new building of a high school - approx. 2,200 m of dirty water pipes made of cast iron DN 50-200 - pressure roof drainage for sports hall made of steel pipe including insulation and fire protection - 2 rainwater lifting systems including barriers, shaped and connecting pipes - 3 dirty water lifting systems including barriers, shaped and connecting pipes - 1 grease separator NS7 (indoor installation) with integrated lifting system including disposal shaft, grease layer thickness gauge, barriers, etc. - approx. 170 m of dirty water pipes made of cast iron DN 50-150 for grease wastewater including insulation, fire protection and electric heat tracing - 1 pressure booster system for drinking water - 2 fresh water stations including pumps, fittings, buffer storage (1x 1,000 l, 1x 2,000 l) - approx. 4,900 m of pipes DN 15 -65 made of stainless steel pipe including insulation, fire protection, fittings and accessories - 1 rainwater harvesting system with automatic drinking water replenishment - approx. 500 m of pipes DN 20-40 made of stainless steel pipe for service water system including insulation, fire protection, fittings and accessories - approx. 360 sanitary objects including installation elements, fittings, accessories, grab handles, etc. - 4 gas warning systems for NaWi rooms including sensors, flashing lights, etc. - approx. 200 m dry fire extinguishing line made of stainless steel pipe DN 80 incl. fire protection - 17 extinguishing water extraction cabinets including hose connection fittings - 3 extinguishing water feeds consisting of a flush-mounted cabinet, feed fitting, etc. Management personnel: At least 3 qualified, German-speaking managers (master craftsmen, technicians or experienced senior fitters) must be appointed as permanent contact persons for the construction management for the entire execution period. A change in personnel is only permitted for important reasons and if an equally qualified replacement is named. Parallel assembly: The contractor undertakes to organize the work in terms of personnel and logistics in such a way that simultaneous, full-scale use in at least 3 separate assembly areas in the building is guaranteed at all times.
