1. The subject of the order is the provision of services by the contractor in the manner specified in the draft provisions of the contract, based on the required human resources - the ordering party admits employees with a mild degree of disability (within the meaning of the Act on vocational and social rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons [Journal of Laws of 2025, item 913, as amended]), units of devices and equipment and cleaning materials of the contractor (on all working days of the ordering party, from Monday to Friday, and in the case of court work also on Saturdays) in the scope of: 1) maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the building, maintaining cleanliness as part of the service, winter maintenance, unilateral window cleaning from the inside - in the building of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw at ul. Jana Kazimierza 10 in Warsaw - in accordance with the description in Annex No. 5 to the PPU; 2) maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the building, maintaining cleanliness as part of the service, winter maintenance, double-sided window cleaning from the inside - in the building of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw at ul. Jana Pankiewicza 4 in Warsaw - in accordance with the description in Annex No. 6 to the PPU; 3) maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the building, maintaining cleanliness as part of the service, winter maintenance, double-sided window cleaning from the inside - in the building of the 8th Branch Department in Radom of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw at ul. Słowackiego 7 in Radom - as described in Appendix No. 7 to the PPU. 2. The contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the order in accordance with the contract, with the required due diligence, in particular in accordance with the requirements in the PPU and specified in: 1) the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277) regarding the obligation to employ cleaners under an employment contract; 2) regulacjach wewnętrznych zamawiającego, dotyczących zasad ochrony osób i mienia oraz w szczególności w zakresie wymogów bhp i p.poż. 3. The provision of cleaning services will consist in cleaning office rooms using our own equipment, cleaning agents and permanent protection of toilet paper, paper towels, liquid soap and air fresheners (gel and electric). The quality of cleaning and hygiene materials intended for the provision of the services in question cannot differ from the standard specified in the SWZ content or from high-quality products available on the market in quantities that meet the natural needs of the Courts employees in the requested period. It is required that toilet paper, disposable towels, soap, gel and electric air fresheners (loaded with a filled cartridge and batteries) are available 24 hours a day, as well as dishwashing liquid, sponges and dishwashing brushes in social rooms.
