Execution of additional works for the investment objective: Increasing the energy performance of educational units in the Municipality of Baia Mare - C.D. Nenitescu Technical College - Boarding House and Canteen House, str. Luminișului no. 1, Baia Mare, Maramureș. Default lot
At the level of the Contracting Authority, the design, technical assistance and works execution contract no. 16650/27.03.2024, following which the technical-economic documentations for the DTAC and P.T. phases were developed, documentations that are an integral part of the documentation of the need to attract financing within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component 5 – Renovation Wave, Operation Moderate or deep energy renovation of public buildings. On 29.01.2025, the order to start the execution works was issued. During the execution of the works, it was found necessary to carry out some additional works, which became strictly necessary in order to fulfill the initial contract, according to Site Provision no. 02 of 15.03.2025: - the charging stations for electric vehicles will be relocated, thus supplementing the amount of cable needed to power the stations; - for aesthetic and safety reasons, the electrical installation in the Boarding house will be installed in the cable bed for electrical conductors, which will allow the installation of sockets within the cable bed; - the number of sockets in the quantity lists will be supplemented, according to the installation plans; - at Corp Internat, a leveling screed will be executed in all rooms, and in the framework of the rooms where PVC carpet was provided, a self-leveling screed will also be executed; - at Corp Internat, an anti-burglary system will be created on the ground floor by installing metal grills on the windows; - in order to make the electrical routes and installations, at Corp Cantina, a false ceiling made of metal profiles and plasterboard plates will be made; Therefore, the purchase of additional works is determined by the need to comply with the ISU requirements and the requirements given by the Contracting Authority, so that the investment objective is functional and corresponds to all the provisions and regulations in force. The contractor will execute the works in accordance with the Technical Execution Project and Site Provision no. 02 of 15.03.2025. Chapter 4. – Expenditures for the basic investment 4.1 Construction and installations: 6,735,695.23 lei without VAT 4.2 Installation of machines, technological and functional equipment: 32,153.14 lei without VAT 4.3 Machines, technological and functional equipment that require assembly: 535,598.89 lei without VAT Estimated purchase value 7,303,447.26 lei without VAT
