Description & Project Overview
The subject of the present procurement procedure is the awarding of project management services for the new building project for the HR Academy of AOK Rheinland/Hamburg in Grevenbroich based on the results of the previous planning competition. AOK Rheinland/Hamburg intends to build a new Human Resources (HR) Academy (approx. 7,900 m² of usable space) at the location of the current education center in Grevenbroich. The existing building (built in 1982) is missing because it is being used for various reasons (including a renovation backlog, changed requirements for the educational concept of the HR Academy department).
