Contract Description
A framework agreement for the provision of services with a duration of 36 months will be concluded. The frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: subsequent contracts will be awarded monthly, quarterly, semiannually or depending on the needs of the authority and the allocated budget funds. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all clarification requests. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 in conjunction with art. 161 of Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline in which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests
