1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment for the needs of State Administration Units. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the method of its implementation was specified in the Technical Specification - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the framework agreement and in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the executive agreement. 3. The contracting authority may invalidate the public procurement procedure if the funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract
