part 2. reconstruction of sigtunahem's property land on the property märsta 3:177, northern side. part 1 shall be invoiced to sätuna fastighetsförvaltning ab and this part is therefore procured by the parent company, on their behalf. ab sigtunahem. the works comprise demolition, excavation, earthworks and filling, construction of asphalt and paving with superstructures and construction completions, lighting, planting areas and trees, and pipes for stormwater/drainage.
coordination shall take place regarding a side contract on culvert replacement between the residential buildings. the contract concerning the new construction of säuna torg is estimated to be ongoing until 2026-08-31; if necessary, the contractor shall coordinate access to this worksite.
the works shall be completed and approved no later than 2026-11-30.
