Republic of the PhilippinesProvince of Ilocos NorteMUNICIPALITY OF PIDDIG INVITATION TO BID FOR PIDDIG-CIN-2026-10-069Construction of Barangay Tanod (Barangay Watchmen) Outpost within the Premises of the Three (3) Secondary Schools of Piddig, Ilocos Norte1.The Municipality of Piddig through the 20% MDF 2026 intends to apply the sum One Million Five Hundred Thousand & 00/100 Pesos (Php1,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PIDDIG-CIN-2026-10-069 Construction of Barangay Tanod (Barangay Watchmen) Outpost within the Premises of the Three (3) Secondary Schools of Piddig, Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.2.The Municipality of Piddig now invites bids PIDDIG-CIN-2026-10-069 Construction of Barangay Tanod (Barangay Watchmen) Outpost within the Premises of the Three (3) Secondary Schools of Piddig, Ilocos Norte. Completion of the Works is required Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Municipality of Piddig -Office of the BAC Secretary, and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 9:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday, before the opening of bid, scheduled on November 23, 2026 at 9:30AM.5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on November 1, 2026- November 22, 2026 8:00AM to 5:00 PM and November 23, 2026 at 8:00AM to 9:00 AM from the address below Municipality of Piddig -Office of the BAC Secretary, and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (Php5,000.00).6. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before November 23, 2026, 9:00 AM. Late bids shall not be accepted.7. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16. 8. The Municipality of Piddig- Office of the BAC Secretary, will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on November 11, 2026, 1:30PM which shall be open to all interested parties9. Bid opening shall be on November 23, 2026, 9:30 AM at the given address below. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. 10. The Municipality of Piddig reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Sections 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA No. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. 11.
