1. The subject of the order in part I is the delivery and installation of 2 servers at the headquarters of the Provincial Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Krakow at ul. Prądnicka 76 in Kraków, with the minimum acceptable parameters included in the Description of the Subject of the Order. The order is being carried out as part of the project entitled Cybersecurity Office - Raising the cybersecurity standards of the Małopolska Voivode and subordinate units. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions of contract execution are specified in the annexes to the SWZ: Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - description of the subject of the contract, Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - draft provisions of the contract (contract template). The subject of the delivery was specified in the offer form, the template of which is attached as Annex 3 to the SWZ. 3. Designation of the subject of the contract according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): main subject: 30200000-1: Computer device, additional items: 30233000-1: Devices for storing and reading data, 48821000-9: Network servers, 48822000-6: Computer servers. 4. The offer validity period expires on August 25, 2026. 5. The order is financed from the funds of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan entitled Cybersecurity Office - Raising the cybersecurity standards of the Małopolska Voivode and subordinate units. In the proceedings, pursuant to Art. 139 section 1 in connection with Art. 139 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the submitted offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings described in Chapter VIII of the SWZ.
