The provision of reagents and consumables for carrying out hematology tests, according to the requirements of the specifications. In addition to the delivery of the kits with reagents and the consumables dedicated to obtaining the tests, it is also necessary to make available, free of charge, for the entire duration of the framework agreement/subsequent co-contracts, two analyzers (one analyzer as a back-up) According to art. 160 paragraph (2) of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement (as amended by the Government's Emergency Ordinance no. 107/2017), in conjunction with the provisions of art. 27 of Government Decision no. 395/2016,
