Delivery of drugs for the implementation of drug programs Task No. 140
The product, quantity and price specification is precisely specified in Annex No. 2/140 to the SWZ, which the Contractor is obliged to complete and attach to the offer. 2. Pursuant to the requirement specified in Art. 246 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party, using a price criterion with a weight exceeding 60%, specified in the description of the subject of the contract (Appendix No. 2/140 to the SWZ) quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject of the contract.
