The current contract for the supply of Business furniture at RAV BMWN has expired. That is why a new tender is being launched for both standard business furniture for existing locations and for the furnishing of various new construction projects. With this tender, RAV BMWN aims to conclude a framework agreement with one Contractor who, at predetermined prices, supplies the necessary Business furniture and sets it up ready for use. The Client has no obligation to purchase certain volumes. Payment is based on actual quantities purchased. The new construction projects in Tilburg and Breda have priority; the new ambulance stations must be set up by the Contractor immediately after delivery. The tender procedure focuses on the request for the new construction project in Tilburg. Completion of both new construction projects is scheduled for early Q2 2027 at the latest. Completion for the new construction project in Den Bosch is scheduled for 2028, provided everything goes according to plan. If necessary, standard workplaces for existing locations can be ordered in the meantime. There is no clearly defined plan for these orders. The Client can facilitate employees in a home workplace, with a desk and an office chair. This furniture must be delivered to the staffs home. See further the tender document.
