Description & Project Overview
Through this procurement procedure, the contracting authority implements a dynamic purchasing system for the awarding of public contracts according to § 138 to § 142 of the Act for the supply of consumable medical equipment for cardiology, radiology, urology, neurology and gastroenterology departments, and it is implemented electronically using the electronic tool E-ZAK, see further Articles V and XII. this tender documentation.
