Contract for delegation of management of public transport services in the territorial area of competence of the County of Constanta Lot 6 - Group 06 (11 routes): Route 035 Constanta-Medgidia-Cernavodia; Route 036, Constanza-Murfatlar-Medguidnia; Roule 037 Constanti-Ovidia-Medgaidia; Roude 038 Constanna-White Gate High School; Roupe 039 Constance-Ovidiu-Whine Gate High school; Roube 040 Medgidia - Vodka Case; Rouve 041 Medgedia-Tibrin; Rouwe 042 Medgidea-Peshtar-Petros; Roue 043 Medgadia-Cruce-Băda; Rouge 044 Medgudia-Cluce-Carvn; Rouze 045-C in accordance with Article V of the new Law of 90 December 2007 on the acquisition of new television broadcasting services, without the need for up-to-date provisions of the current Law of the European Parliament and of the Council (Article 90 (1) of the Law of 29 December 2007), which provides for the maximum amount of 10% of the amount of the additional appropriations to be allocated to new television services, or the amount to be added to the new television service provided under the new law of the law of 90 January 2007 (Articles 90).
Lot 5 - Group 05 (6 routes): Route 029 Constanta-Ovidiu-Nazarcea; Route030 Constanza-Ovidu-Fontaines; Rout 031 Constantiu-Ovitiu-Sibioara; Routa 032 Constanna-Oviudiu-Návodari; Routi 033 Constantaa-Obioara-Palazu Mic; Roule 034 Constance-Vulturu-Gárliciu. Total estimated value excluding VAT: 64,659,594,36 lei. The contracting entity reserves the right to supplement, under the provisions of the sectoral procurement legislation, the provision of services without the organisation of a new award procedure, in the event that the extension of the requirement for the introduction of new contracts, pursuant to Article 296 of the new Staff Regulations (EU) No 992/2013 or Article 246 of this Law, may therefore be increased by a maximum of 10% by virtue of the provisions in the new provisions of Article 291 of the Staff Regulation (EU).
