Contract Description
Purchase of electricity 17,250 Mwh (11,000 Mwh medium voltage and 6,250 Mwh low voltage) according to specifications. The deadline by which the contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information is 10 days from the deadline for submission of offers according to the legal provisions. Bidders will make sure that they send requests for clarifications in such a way as to allow the contracting entity to comply with the provisions of art. 173 of Law 99/2016 that impose this term.
