Broom stick w/ handle trash bag walis tambo dust pan gloves mop w/ handle cleaning tools paper products detergent floor squeegee scrubbing pads polishing pads hand brush toilet brush janitorial cart buckets and dipper dust bins doormat trigger sprayer chemicals invitation to bid for supply and delivery of janitorial supplies 1. the barangay government of san luis, antipolo city, through the general fund; intends to apply the sum of three hundred fifty thousand pesos only (php 350,000.00) being the approved budget contract (abc) to payments under the contract 2026-10-021 for janitorial supplies. bids received in excess of the abc shall automatically reject at bid opening. 2. the barangay government of san luis, antipolo city now invites bids for janitorial supplies. delivery of goods shall be within 7 days after the contract award. bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipts of bids, a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii instruction to bidders. 3. bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act (ra) 9184, otherwise known as the government procurement reform act. bidding is restricted to filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnership, or organization with at least sixty percent (60%) interest of outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines and to citizens of organization of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to filipino citizens, pursuant to ra 5183 and subject to commonwealth act 138. 4. interested bidders may obtain further information from the barangay government of san luis, antipolo city and the complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on october 9, 2026 to october 19, 2026 mondays to fridays (except saturdays and sundays), 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. from sitio pinagminahan, barangay san luis, antipolo city and upon payment of non-refundable fee for the bidding documents in the amount of one thousand pesos only (php 1,000.00). it may also be downloaded free of charges from the website of the philippine government electronic procurement system (philgeps) and the website of the procuring entity. provided that bidders shall pay the non-refundable fee for the bidding documents not later than the submission of their bids. 5. bids for the janitorial supplies must be delivered to sitio pinagminahan, barangay san luis, antipolo city at 8:30 a.m. on october 19, 2026. all bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of cash or managers check (2% of abc) or surety bond (5% of abc) 6. bid opening on october 19, 2026 janitorial supplies at 9:00 am shall be at barangay san luis hall. bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representative who chooses to attend at the address below. late bids shall not be accepted. 7. the barangay government of san luis, antipolo city, reserves the right to accept or reject to annul the bidding process and to reject all bids and may not award the contract without incurring liability and make no assurance that ca contract shall be entered into as a result of the bidding when the funds of the program/project/activity has been withheld or
