The purchase of the Machinery Rental Services for the Production Sector - Hot asphalt mixing shredding kit - 2 year Framework Agreement Maximum: 1.600.000,00 lei without VAT Minimum: 40.000,00 Lei without VAT Value of the smallest Subsequent Contract 20.000,00 lea without VAT: Value for the largest Subsective Contract: 440.000,00 le without VAT Frequency and value of subsequent contracts which follow or are awarded: at least 2 subsequent agreements per year shall be concluded.The current date at DRDP Cluj the term of the Framework Agreement No 23/6013/07.08.2023 has expired ( 07.08.2025). On the basis of this agreement, 4 subsequent contracts have been awarded for the full maximum amount contained in the Framework agreement, the last subsequent contract No 23 /6013/4/19.06.2025 is valid until 31.12.2025.ensuring continuity of the rental package.
