The subject of the order is the provision of G services to the Ordering Party, consisting of: a) transporting postal items as part of the Courses. The Contractor is obliged to accept Postal Parcels for transport as part of the Courses specified in the service implementation schedule constituting Annex No. 1 to the draft contract, and to deliver them at the places and dates specified in this Annex, b) transport Goods Parcels as part of the Courses. The Contractor is obliged to accept the Consignments of goods for transport as part of the Courses specified in the service implementation schedule, and to release them at the places and dates specified in this Annex c) to transport monetary values up to a maximum of 0.2 computational units within the Course. The total value of transported monetary values may not exceed 0.2 computational units at any time during the course. 2. As part of the provision of the service, the Contractor is obliged to load and unload the items referred to in section 1 by checking their packaging for damage or violation of security and compliance of the number of loaded items with the consignment note or other transfer document. 3. Number of kilometers covered by the order: - Basic total length of trips: 14,560 - Maximum total length of trips: 17,680 - Minimum total length of trips: 11,440 - Option right: 3,120 4. If the amount of remuneration due for the provision of the Service does not reach the maximum remuneration for the provision of the Service, the time during which the Contractor is obliged to provide the Service may be extended by a maximum of half of the period for the contract was concluded, but no longer than until the amount of remuneration for the provision of the Service due to the Contractor in accordance with the contract reaches the maximum remuneration for the provision of the Service. 5. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of providing the existing Contractor with services under a single-source procurement procedure, pursuant to Art. 388 point 2) letter c) PZP, an order consisting in the repetition of similar services, in accordance with the subject of the order, in particular when it is necessary to continue the order to meet the needs of the Ordering Party, in particular when the amount specified in the contract is exhausted or the period for which the contract was concluded expires: a) The orders will be awarded on the terms described in the Description of the subject of the order for a given part with changes resulting from the needs of the Ordering Party, but not exceeding the requirements described in the Description of the subject of the order and the draft contract for a given part parts. b) Total period of execution of orders awarded pursuant to Art. 388 point 2) letter c) the PZP will not exceed a period of 6 months for a given part of the contract. c) Award of contract pursuant to Art. 388 point 2) letter c) PZP will be conditional on: - proper performance of the basic order by the Contractor, - the Ordering Party having financial resources for its implementation. d) Ordering party pursuant to Art. 388 point 2) letter c) The PZP will grant on the terms resulting from the draft contract attached to the SWZ, while the subject of negotiations with the Contractor will be, in particular, the price for the implementation of the subject of the order. e) The scope of the above orders will consist in repeating the services from the basic order and will cover the following number of km.
