Description & Project Overview
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of rights to use the Oracle Paas & IaaS Universal Credit service for the purposes of maintaining IT systems supporting the implementation of operational programs co-financed from EU funds 2. Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). A contract will be concluded with the Contractor whose offer is deemed the most advantageous on the terms specified in the PPU. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of introducing changes to the concluded contract, pursuant to Art. 455 of the Act, in a detailed manner and conditions
