Supply of food products for energy balance for honorary blood donors ZP/PN-9/26 Part 6 – supply of weakly mineralised natural spring water
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of food products for the energy balance of honorary blood donors, including the supply of low-mineralized natural spring water in 5 l packaging in the quantity of 340 pcs. for the needs of the Regional Centre for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment in Bialystok. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The remaining conditions regarding the execution of the contract have been specified in the Draft Contract Provisions, constituting Annex No. 9a to the SWZ.
