Invitation to bid for procurement of kiddie tables, kiddie chairs, and 40 inch qled google television sets 1) the municipal government of laak, through its 2026 local council for the protection of children (lcpc) funds, intends to apply three million eight hundred thirty-three thousand forty pesos (₱3,833,040.00), being the approved budget for the contract (abc), to payments under the contract for the procurement of kiddie tables, kiddie chairs, and 40 inch qled google television sets under pb(g) pr no. 26-1132. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) the municipal government of laak now invites bids for 314 kiddie tables, 1,864 kiddie chairs, and 64 units of 40-inch qled google television sets for child development centers. delivery is required within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the notice to proceed, at the lgu-designated location or child development centers specified in the purchase order or notice to proceed. bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the before the deadline for submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in section ii, instructions to bidders, of the bidding documents. 3) bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act no. 12009. bidding is restricted to filipino citizens or sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country whose laws or regulations grant similar rights or privileges to filipino citizens, pursuant to republic act no. 5183. 4) interested bidders may obtain further information from municipal government of laak, davao de oro and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8am to 5pm. 5) a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by interested bidders on september 28 to october 19, 2026 from the address given below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the bidding documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the gppb, in the amount of five thousand pesos (₱5,000.00) for projects with an approved budget for the contract (abc) of more than ₱1 million up to ₱5 million. it may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the philippine government electronic procurement system (philgeps), provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the bidding documents not later than the submission of their bids. 6) the municipal government of laak will hold a pre-bid conference on october 6, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at mayor’s office conference hall a, municipal hall, laak, davao de oro, open to prospective bidders. 7) bids must be duly received by the bids and awards committee (bac) secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below on or before october 19, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. late bids shall not be accepted. 8) all bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in itb clause 16.1. 9) bid opening shall be on october 19, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at mayor’s office conference hall a, municipal hall, laak, davao de oro
