The subject of the order includes the supply of A-95H motor gasoline - 4,900 liters (four thousand nine hundred liters) + 20%, B6 diesel fuel - 12,500 liters (twelve thousand five hundred liters) + 20% and fuel and lubricants and consumables - up to 20% (twenty percent) of the value of the contract for the needs of the University of Plovdiv. The quantity is estimated and is based on consumption for the past period. The buyer is not obliged to request and purchase the entire agreed quantity. Quality: Corresponding to the Ordinance on the requirements for the quality of liquid fuels, the conditions, the order and the method of their control adopted by Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 156/15.07.2003, promulgated. in SG No. 66/2003, final change in SG No. 63 of 31.07.2018 and BDS. Place of delivery: refueling at the Sellers gas stations throughout the country. The seller must have at his disposal an established commercial network (gas stations) throughout the country. The seller must have at least one gas station available on the territory of the following regional cities: Plovdiv, Smolyan, Kardjali and Burgas. Delivery term and contract term: refueling at any time of the day. The contract enters into force from the date of conclusion and is for a period of 12 /twelve/ months.
